Alan Till in Kent, United Kingdom, doesn't take the "easy" route! He not only scratch builds his Fokker D-7 from plans, he also airbrushes his own lozenge camouflage AND creates his own WWI steel rimed wheels spoked with piano wire. It is a shame that scale dictates he has to cover those spoked wheels with fabric wheel covers. It was no surprise that he painted his own Best Pilot as well with great results!
